Our Three-Year Warranty
The Five Star Closet Company is happy to offer our customers a three-year warranty on all services and products. We stand by the work we do, and want to offer our customers peace of mind when it comes to their closet remodeling experience. We are confident that the closets you get from the Five Star Closet Company will last you for years to come; that is why we guarantee our work for up to three full years. If our products fail due to improper installation, we guarantee a full replacement or repair, free of charge.
Once completed, your closet remodel will come with a signed and dated three year warranty. The terms of warranty are as follows:
All work performed by the Five Star Closet Company is covered by a three-year labor warranty. If any part of your closet organizer malfunctions or comes down due to improper installation or support, Five Star Closet Company will come back and fix or replace the damage free of charge (certain product exclusions apply as described below).
The warranty is void in circumstances of improper use or customer error. The warranty listed above does not cover damage incurred by user error, such as loading too much weight on any one shelf or section. Also excluded from the warranty are chips on the shelves’ finish when a user rearranges an adjustable shelf.
The closet remodel you receive from the Five Star Closet Company is intended for everyday closet usage purposes. Please do not use the closet organizer for items not normally found in a bedroom closet. Please avoid putting small heavy items, such as safes, piggy banks, and weights on the organizer shelves. Most of these items exceed the maximum weight limit per shelf, and should be stored on the floor of the closet. All hanging sections are covered by the warranty, as they are all fully supported, and can carry as many clothing items as possible.
Product Exclusions
The only item not covered in our warranty is non decorative drawer banks. These items are only covered by a 90 day warranty. If for any reason the drawers fail after the initial 90 days, there is a $15 repair charge per drawer replacement.
