I found Five Star while searching for closet companies on Yelp… Rich was one of the first to respond; when I sent questions and asked to schedule a consultation he was super responsive and set up an appointment within a few days of me contacting him. We explained our vision which included incorporating our desks for our home offices in the design of our 2 walk in closets in the master bedroom. He was able to translate our vision into a design and sent us a sketch within a day of our visit. He answered our questions quickly and we were able to get into contract easily. He was very flexible with our availability and scheduled install when convenient for us…the install was fast and they arrived on time and finished each closet in a day. I highly recommend Five Star closets…Rich was great and easy to work with…we are so happy with the results that we will likely contact him in the near future to install custom closets in our other 3 bedrooms.![Google]()

We have used Five Star Closet Company on 2 houses so far and we're very happy with the experience! Working with Rich was a breeze. He was very personable, flexible, and transparent through the whole design process. He came out, took measurements, and collaborated with us to produce a design we were all happy with with no surprises. The installation was quick and results were phenomenal. The quality of materials he uses is really high at a very reasonable price. For something we used everyday, the closet in our first house looks the same today as it did in 2018 with no visible signs of wear and tear. Wow, just WOW! I am BLOWN AWAY by Rich’s work! I had been wanting to redo my closet for some time but was always scared away by online quotes and the impersonal touch. When a friend recommend Five Star Closet Company, I decided to look into it after the referral and looked on Social media and review sites at the examples of projects completed. I was instantly impressed and only saw and read good things. I texted Rich and instantly got a response to schedule a review of the space for a quote. Upon arrival he talked through what the process looks like, some initial ideas I and he had upfront, took measurements, and was shown photos of some recent work. Within hours, I was provided with a few sketches for the design as well as the cost for different options I was considering. The process was so easy and it was great to know we could always make changes throughout the process. I loved the first design presented and decided to contract after scoping some other businesses but felt that Five Star Closet Company offered the best solutions at an accessible rate. Lucky for me, there was an opening the very next day! Rick came by and completed everything same day as promised and I fell in love w the work. Rich made great use of space in my closet especially with it being an oddd setup since it was a slanted space from having cut into the attic and was nice enough to fix some broken rods in my secondary closet as well as adding a mirror to my door!. Now I get to organize and make it the closet of my dreams! Thanks so much for your hard work and professionalism! I highly recommend this company for all your closet needs!
